David Byrnes – Managing Director / Founder 
David established Forté Recruitment Specialists in 2015, as identified a need in the market for an Accounting & Finance Recruitment business that would personalise the job search experience for clients and candidates.
Having spent 12 years recruiting in both the Irish and Australian markets, and over that time has built a reputation as somebody who displays a genuine interest in both the needs of his clients and candidates. He has acted as a trusted advisor to many market leading businesses by helping them plan their strategy for attracting the best talent for their organisations.
Prior to establishing Forté, he was Director of a leading Irish recruitment business. He started his career with one of Ireland’s largest recruitment consultancies, where he recruited qualified accountants for the Accountancy Practice & Taxation market and was instrumental in doubling headcount and revenue for this area. He progressed to Manager in this business managing large teams of recruitment consultants specialising in Accounting & Finance across the Irish Market.
He also established an International Accounting & Finance desk during his time with this business. He has also worked in the Australian Market, specialising in the recruitment of qualified accountants for the industry and Financial Services market in Sydney
